This is Trump's logic, based on his comments: because Biden gave Ukraine weapons which were used to kill Russian attackers, it is understandable that Russia responds by giving Iran weapons and intelligence that are used to kill American defenders! While Russia is working to increase the number of Americans killed, Trump acts to enrich Russia by easing sanctions, and his harsh words are against Ukraine, not against Russia.
