@cstross@wandering.shop @JessTheUnstill@infosec.exchange What if they did it indirectly, through tax policy? Pretend they’re trying to close international corporate tax loopholes, but “accidentally” leave spitting companies by jurisdiction as a way to evade those tax measures.
