I see it being said by others and I will repeat it here: privacy should be the default state of everything.

A person should decide with whom and when they wish to share something and should be able to revoke that with one click immediately.

Anything more complicated than that should be seen as a violation of privacy.

I want my home to be as dumb as possible. Switches and buttons please. Same with my vehicle.

For some reason, I’ve fallen down the rabbit hole of #DLNA.

I’ve been tinkering with the idea of an off-grid setup for when electricity or internet is down and built around my GL.iNet Slate AX travel router.

Sure, it’s not #plex or #jellyfin but it’s close enough when it can be run for days/weeks off a battery bank.
