In the past I saw in realtime a technical manager get his cognitive faculties turned to sponge cake from prolonged ChatGPT usage, to the point he was incapable of comprehending any statement that was not voiced by his phone app
I am now starting to see senior technical managers getting a similar psychosis: they cannot understand any technical document or codebase without first running it through Claude, so it can explain it to them
