@jonny Tried Gemini and it does the same, except the summaries are hallucinated based on past conversations I've had with it. Interestingly when I asked it how it generated a summary without an image, the bot lets me see its internal thinking process where it mentions a "user summary" document that it's referring to, but seemingly has been directed to keep secret because of an "invisible personalization directive"
EDIT: When asked to show my "user summary document" it denies that any such document exists, but it will happily save a copy of it in a Google Keep note if asked

Boosted this earlier but I'm going to repost for good measure. Kids have been being taught to read wrong for years based on debunked theories that taught them to skip over words, guess at what's written or rely on pictures instead of actually reading the words. Incredible that anyone ever thought this was a good idea, and in parts of the US it's still being taught.

@benjojo @zaire sometimes we have sensitive cryptographic keys and we worry the computer can be hacked and the keys could get stolen. So an HSM is a magic box that you can put the keys in to keep them safe and secure, except it's actually just another computer that we've convinced ourselves can never be hacked, unlike other computers which sometimes can.
Also, now that the keys are secure, you need to authenticate yourself to the HSM to use them, and you do this by using another key that you store outside the HSM. Unless you can get another HSM to store that key in. It's HSMs all the way down, essentially
