So Jeopardy messes with time in funny ways. I wanted to approach it as this amazing life event, but also it’s a competition and I wanted to play well! Which makes it harder to enjoy the life event!

Good news: Once you’re done playing and it’s about to air, all that’s left is enjoying the fun part!

Got one of the most unhinged emails I've ever received from a dumb person who thinks that because I feel the iWork apps are a bad fit for the "Creator Studio" that I believe writing isn't creative. Yes, indeed, as a professional writer for more than three decades, that must be what I meant. He really got me with that one.

Anyway, people will contort their brains into lots of bad shapes to defend Apple from criticism of its terrible decisions.

This is a good scorebug, I think. Ultra clear. Yes, a little too big, but in a world of baroque scorebugs with inscrutable logos, this hits it loud and clear: teams, score, time, down, timeouts. Even the timeouts are clear and not little glowing gems hidden inside chrome.
