Looking at the incentives of Agentic Programming and AI, it feels actually that the field of “programming” can become actually less accessible.
Can't afford a computer anymore because of memory prices? Sorry. Can you pay for the tokens? Too bad.
So in the end, it might be more a thing dictated by affordability and not talent. Can students or people in lower-wage countries even afford it in the near future or are wealthy people from the west only profit from it?
