I went out for a run just now, just on the spur of the moment. I've never done that before, especially as I ran 5k yesterday and always have a 48 hour break.
I've no idea of my time or distance, I just put my random running playlist on. Tunes from Motorhead, Neil Young, Gorillaz, The Cult, ELO, Mary Wallopers, Depeche Mode, The Waterboys, Sleaford Mods and Frankie Goes to Hollywood played plus a couple extra during my warm up and dowm.
It was quite liberating, just running because I felt like it and it stopped my munching biscuits craving.
