Lebanon, population fleeing from the south after Israeli raids: roads jammed with cars and scooters. Thousands of people poured into the streets of Beirut and southern Lebanon to flee Israeli attacks against the capital and launched in the night. Following an Israeli military spokesman issuing evacuation orders for 55 different villages and cities across Lebanon, asking the population to move at least one kilometer away as they were near “Hezbollah structures,” streams of people began to flee from the Beirut suburb of Dahieh, by car and on foot, and lines of cars began to form outside gas stations in the southern city of Tyre, as residents began to head north. According to The Guardian, highways from Dahieh to the capital were congested with scooters and cars driving over debris and rubble from previous attacks. In the south, people headed north on both sides of the highway to escape traffic, while videos showed the roofs of buildings in Dahieh engulfed in flames and the charred remains of cars at the foot of collapsed buildings. As they hurried to flee, witnesses reported seeing volleys of rockets flying from southern Lebanon towards Israel. @pvonhellermannn@mastodon.green Lest we forget: “The Guardian had gone in six short years from being the natural outlet to place stories exposing wrongdoing by the security state to a platform trusted by the security state to amplify its information operations. A once relatively independent media platform has been largely neutralised by UK security services fearful of being exposed further” in “How the UK Security Services neutralised the country’s leading liberal newspaper” By Matt Kennard and Mark Curtis in The Daily Maverick (2019) https://www.dailymaverick.co.za/article/2019-09-11-how-the-uk-security-services-neutralised-the-countrys-leading-liberal-newspaper/ #Press #UK #Guardian #MSM #Epstein #Israel #Russophobia #NATO #SecurityState

Peter #Ettedgui, the former classmate of Nigel #Farage who was subjected to his antisemitic bullying makes clear that the #Reform leader’s defence to the #Guardian’s investigations into the racist taunting was a pack of lies. Farage subjected his Jewish, Pakistani and Afro-Caribbean peers to bullying throughout his teens and this is corroborated by witnesses. https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2025/nov/25/dont-believe-nigel-farage-denials-targeted-me-for-being-jewish-and-it-hurt
