Think I'm going to take a stab at a tomato bread today... One where the dough itself is flavored with tomato.
No real starting recipe, will use some posts from The Fresh Loaf for inspiration on the tomato piece, and a recipe from Hamelman or Berenbaum as a base. (Maybe H's Rustic Bread?)
Most of what I am seeing uses a tomato paste or puree in the mix, along with herbs. We picked up some sundried tomatoes, so I think I will fold some of those in during shaping, too.

Some new sprouts poking up this morning:
Thai basil
Genovese basil
And three tomatoes: coustralee, Isis, and San marzano.
As well as additional sprouts for everything started yesterday.
Either today or tomorrow, we'll start a few more flats, mostly of new items who are now OK to start, calendar-wise.
Didn't get the lettuces going last week, so that's also high on the list.

Who else is doing some seed starting this fine Saturday morning?
We just finished rehydrating some seed starting mix. Letting it dry just a bit, then we'll be getting about 100 plugs going.
Mostly edibles but some flowers, which I don't have a lot of experience with yet. Thinking about just devoting a whole tray to the flowers!
