Saturday #Workout:
12.1 KM of #Running (+5°C, 74% humidity, and 27 KM/H wind, gusting to 40 KM/H).
Last run of the week (64.5 KM) and month (293KM, up 80KM from January). Progress is progress. 🎉
Really warm run; just a shirt and hoodie. Puddles everywhere for this Zone 2 run (7.5%, 74%, 18.4%). Puddles were splashed in.
Next week, I'll add some KMs before a short holiday the following week.
Watched the classic Office Space last night - still funny to this day.

I got the niftiest valentines day gift from @TAV@mindly.social; a small electric blanket that's large enough to wrap around a knee. The second half of my day, I typically hang out on the couch, answering email, now with the blanket applying a heat treatment to my knee. I think it is really helping me as I pile on KMs to my #running.
