Even if the United Kingdom Green Party wins the parliament majority they will not reverse the porn bans on face sitting strangulation and the upcoming ban on incest role play.

These are bans that were pushed by both the Conservative Party and the Labour Party, and even if the Green MP sentiment was to unban them I doubt any of them would dare table a motion to do so because kinks are taboo and most wouldn't talk about this failure because sex is taboo.

And why are sex and kinks taboo in this country? Largely due to christianity.

In that spirit the following phrases when used as insults/negative adjectives & adverbs contribute to sex negativity and uphold the taboo:
•Fuck and its derivatives like Go Fuck Yourself (Happily, I will)
•Blow/Suck
•Dick and derivatives like Dickhead
•Pussy
•Jerk-Off

I am a paying subscriber of several years for tutamail and I am also an antispeciesist vegan

I like tutamail because of the commitment to renewable energy[1] and quantum resistant encrypted private emails; put the two together and there is nothing else like it I can think of.

I have a suggestion - I noticed that the junkmail folder is called "Spam" and features an icon of a bug.

"Spam" is a speciesist phrase as I outline in this short post

My suggestion is to rename this folder to "Junkmail" or equivalent and change the icon to perhaps a crossed circle icon or an exclamation mark or a halt hand gesture or if you wanted to be jokey about it a toilet

How does everyone feel about "Total Liberation" when you hear it is there any liberation struggle that you feel is being excluded?

The main reason I don't use it is because I think it contributes to minimizing individual struggles that are already pretty overlooked like antispecieisism antiableism antisanism antiageism etc so I usually prefer to name each struggle individually

In fact I hardly hear anyone identifying with it but I appreciate the no-compromises attitude behind the concept

Its hard to give up the myth of intelligence for those of us who were given our social validation early on by our intelligence

Intelligence is socially constructed like money or race or gender it both is and isn't real.

Hey "No Ethical Consumption" people, nothing is more deactivating for me than seeing caring thoughtful people such as yourself tell me that something I'm doing to make the world a better place is worthless (it isn't) and that you, nominally my ally, will do nothing to help. It's almost like you're more interested in an excuse to not have to do something like go vegan than you are at actually providing an actionable plan we can work together on.

I like how people are recommending a bunch of FLOSS messengers now, its an opportunity to check out underrated projects like I just a few minutes ago learned about the FLOSS project Quiet (https://tryquiet.org) from a discord community trying to relocate.

The website says its all E2EE P2P with tor built in, channels like slack/discord, no email or phone number required. Unfortunately no quantum resistant encryption on the roadmap so I still would recommend SimpleX for general purpose instant messaging but Tor-by-default and P2P are genuine advantages over Simplex
