But yeah, you would think that the businesse trying to replace everybody with AI presumably still want to control the results, businesses like Oracle are going to lobby to be able to make that happen one way or another.

He was obviously pretty disappointed that didn't really happen during the war with Hamas, the best he got was a half-assed bombing run. This war was, for him, the end-goal all along.

b) we may still complain about the bad practices of said industry, do what we can to mitigate it, demand legislation to regulate it, choose providers that operate more repsonsibly to the degree that we can afford it. Plenty of people with the skills still actually make some of their own clothes. We don't have to silently accept the bad things.
