#Kent County Council has introduced Dover’s first fully electric #buses on the #Dover #Fastrack network, in partnership with #Stagecoach South East and Dover District Council, funded through the Department for Transport’s ZEBRA scheme. The fleet of five #Volvo BZL buses can travel up to 300km on a single charge and feature low-floor access, wheelchair spaces, digital screens and USB charging. Dover Fastrack, linking Whitfield with Dover town centre and Dover Priory station, has expanded its timetable since launching in November 2024.
