During his reelection campaign last fall, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller said you can’t “arrest your way” out of homelessness.
But a ProPublica analysis found that under Keller, the city has increasingly jailed homeless people.

Our back #garden, is surrounded by 9ft high #brick walls. I #tease my wife by calling it the #prison #exercise #yard. This week we had a 5x10ft #shed erected in a corner by the #garage
BTW, I'm curious about the #bond used in the #wall. Does anyone have a name for it?
