Les conditions de détention sont "épouvantables" selon Marie-Thérèse: "odeurs d’excréments", douches publiques, réveils à 4h45 du matin, refus de soins médicaux... Obviously #analog TV got canned long ago to the point that there were #transparent #prison #TubeTV|s with #digital #tuners, as analog tuners were not legal in new devices anymore…Also IDK if #ATSC-T does #MUX|ing like #DVB-T but I'm shure that too has reconfigureability.Worst-Case it'll be used for some narrow/midband #Internet service (similar to #WiMax) in rural areas…

🔏 An old disused prison in Germany.
Initially designed for medium-term and pre-trial detention, this building and its 50 single-occupancy cells have witnessed some darker chapters in history.
Disused since the 1980s, the khaki green halls still contain haunting cells with folding bunks and reinforced doors.

During his reelection campaign last fall, Albuquerque Mayor Tim Keller said you can’t “arrest your way” out of homelessness.
But a ProPublica analysis found that under Keller, the city has increasingly jailed homeless people.

Our back #garden, is surrounded by 9ft high #brick walls. I #tease my wife by calling it the #prison #exercise #yard. This week we had a 5x10ft #shed erected in a corner by the #garage
BTW, I'm curious about the #bond used in the #wall. Does anyone have a name for it?
